We build office plants around a labeling scheme and a patch panel layout that matches the floor plan, so a year from now anyone can trace a jack to a port in seconds. Questions we get
How many drops should each desk get?
Two is the practical default. One for the computer and one for a VoIP phone, a second monitor dock, or a spare when the first one fails. Adding the second drop during the initial pull costs a fraction of coming back later.
Can you run cable through cubicle furniture?
Yes. We feed systems furniture through the base raceway and vertical channels, and terminate at the furniture faceplate. If your furniture vendor is setting panels at the same time, we sequence with them so cable goes in before the panels are closed up.
Do you handle the conference room video gear?
We run and terminate the cabling, mount displays, and route everything cleanly to the table or credenza. Configuration of the conferencing platform itself is usually handled by your IT provider, and we hand off tested, labeled connections so that part is quick.
What does a clean rack actually get me?
Faster troubleshooting, lower risk of somebody yanking the wrong cord, and better airflow. When an outage happens at 8am, a labeled panel is the difference between five minutes and two hours.
