A flaky drop is one of the most expensive small problems a business can have. The symptom shows up as a slow computer, a phone that re-registers, or a camera that drops at random, and the usual response is to replace everything except the cable that caused it.
We troubleshoot from the physical layer up. Test the link with verification gear, isolate whether the fault is the run, the termination, the patch cord, or the port, and fix the actual problem. Repairs end the same way our installs do: tested, verified, labeled, and written down, so the same mystery does not come back next quarter.

Link testing that pins the failure to a segment: the horizontal run, a termination, a patch cord, or the switch port, so the fix is surgical instead of a rewire.

Questions we get
The network is slow. Is it the cabling?
Sometimes, and it is cheap to find out. A link test tells us in minutes whether a run passes with margin or is limping along at a lower speed than it should. If the cable passes, you have saved a rewire and can point your IT provider at the switch or upstream with evidence.
Can you fix one bad drop without rewiring the office?
Usually, yes. Most faults live in the last few inches: the termination, the patch cord, or a jack that took a hit. We isolate first, and full run replacement is the fallback, not the default.
Nobody knows what the wiring in our closet goes to. Can you figure it out?
Yes. We tone and map every run, label the panel and the faceplates to match, kill the dead runs, and hand you a port map. It typically takes a few hours and pays for itself the first time something breaks afterward.
Another contractor cut our cables during a remodel. Can you repair them?
Yes, and it is common. Depending on where the cut is and what the pathway allows, the answer is a re-pull through the existing route or a proper repair and retest. Splicing copper data cable in the ceiling is not a fix we will leave behind.
